Kimberly Clark recognised that Marketing Communications was changing. It wanted to engage an audience rather than advertise AT them. It needed a progressive new approach to develop and deliver marketing campaigns, but it had to ensure that the marketing community were capable of delivering.
- A new marketing process was designed, which included a 50-market roll-out plan in EMEA, APAC, North and South America over an 18-month period.
- A global L&D plan was developed and the content was written for a combination of workshops, 1:1 training and seminars.
RESULTS
- The positive improvement on marketing and the business was vast. The entire company embraced the new approach and marketing ROI improved by 16%.
